By this time of the year the tits usually have left my garden, not returning until the later part of the year.
I don’t know why, I’m no ornithologist, but this year one or two have stayed. Perhaps I’m feeding them too well.
Not a good photo, taken this morning, through my kitchen window with my Lumix FS40.
It does look a bit podgy! Maybe it can’t fly far.
ReplyDeleteOddly enough - I did notice quite a few hanging around the alhopop downanout Geordie drunks in Eldon Square the other day - probably hunting for pasty crumbs or something. I was going to do a blog post about "Tits and Bums" but thought better of it.
